introductions
S single stage double suction pump is new energy-saving horizontal split pump, is used for conveying water or chemical and physical properties other liquids similar to water, according to user requirements, through changing pump structure and materials can be used to transport many sandy water or corrosive liquid, this series pumps are used in factories, mines, urban water supply and drainage, power stations, farm irrigation and water conservancy project.
structural description
This pump inlet and output are below the axial lead, perpendicular to axis as horizontal direction. Maintenance without disassembly inlet and output pipes and motors. Look from the direction of transmission, pump is clockwise rotating (according to the needs of user can be changed as counter-clockwise). main parts: the pump body, cover, impeller, axial pump, double sealing ring, bushings, etc. Pump body and cover constitute the impeller chamber. In the inlet and outlet water flange, it is pipe screw hole that intall vacuum meter and pressure gauge. The bottom of the flange has the pipe screw hole of draining. The impeller after static balance, using sleeve and two sides sleeve nuts to fix on shaft, its axial position can be adjusted by sleeve nut. Pump shaft is supported by two centripetal ball bearing. Bearing is installed in the bearing body, and in the pump body ends, using butter for lubrication. Double suction sealing ring is used to reduce pump pressure water chamber water leaks to water-obsorbing room. Pump is directly driven by motor through flexible coupling, can also use internal-combustion engine drive when necessary. Shaft seal is soft packing seal (according to the needs of user can use mechanical seal structure).
